Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Address Requirements
    • We only ship to addresses provided at the time of purchase, either in the billing or shipping address section.
    • Please double-check that the address and a reachable phone number are accurate when completing your order. Ensure all details, such as unit/lot number, floor, block number, street, township, and postal code, are correct and complete.
    • Skindec reserves the right to refuse shipment to incomplete or invalid addresses.
  2. Liability for Incorrect Addresses
    • If an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us, we will not be held liable for delays or losses incurred.
    • In such cases, customers will be charged additional shipping fees for any re-delivery attempts. Shipping charges for re-delivery will be disclosed upon request before the second shipment is processed.
  3. Delivery Timeframes
    • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method. It will typically take anywhere between 3-10 working days (Monday to Friday) for the order to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9am to 5pm weekdays only. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Products purchased directly from Skindec are eligible for returns. Third-party purchases or unauthorized resellers are not covered by this policy.
  2. Returns must meet the following conditions:
    • Initiated within 14 days of purchase.
    • Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are NOT eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

    • Please contact our customer service team before initiating a return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Shipping Costs for Returns
    • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning products.
    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. Skindec is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility
    • Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, you will be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed for the purchase price of the item only and do not include original shipping costs.
  2. Processing Time
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 45 days from the date of approval.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon with our team.
